1. Send a maximum of five (5) poems or two (2) stories.
All work must be original and unpublished.
Simultaneous submissions permitted if indicated on the cover letter.
Rights revert to the author.
Submissions may be reproduced in part within advertisements and publicity.

2. Type your name on the first page only of poem or manuscript;
subsequent pages should be numbered.
Double space fiction.
Use a readable font.

3. Send a cover letter with your manuscript.
Include your name, address, telephone number, email address and brief biography.
MANDATORY: Enclose an SASE (self-addressed stamped envelope) for notification of acceptance/rejection.
Manuscripts will be recycled.

4. Pays in copies.

Note To Artists:

Photographs, drawings, prints, etc. should be high contrast and reproducible in black and white. Work must be scannable and cannot exceed 8.5" x 14". Digital copies may be submitted on CD so long as the image files are High Resolution (at least 400 dpi) and must be either .TIFF files or .PDF files. Originals will be returned if you include a self-addressed envelope with adequate postage affixed.

Timeline:

The West Wind Review is published in the spring every year. Submissions are accepted from May 15 through December 1. For inclusion in the up-coming Anthology, entries must be postmarked on or before December 1.
